是次賣旗籌款為為本處之「天水圍家庭成長軒」(家庭教育及支援中心)、「樂融雅敘」(弱能人士就業及訓練服務)、「深水埗護養院暨日間護理服務」、「自資殘疾院舍」、油尖旺區少數族裔及其他非政府或非公益金資助事工籌募經費。
About Flag Day
The target of Flag Day is to raise HKD1.2 million in support of the development of the following non-subvented projects:
-Tin Shui Wai Family Education and Support Centre
-Self Finance Residential Care Homes for Persons with Disabilities
-Cornwall Café (Training and working place for disability people),
-Sham Shui Po Nursing Home Cum Day Care Service
-Ethnic Minorities in Yau Tsim Mong District and other non-subvented services

金旗捐款方法 Gold Flag Donation
1. PayMe: 請前往 https://qr.payme.hsbc.com.hk/2/J5Hw56BMkvU1dVdbTqJUnt 或掃瞄 QR code 進行有關捐款步驟。
2. 轉數快(FPS): 捐款者請將捐款轉賬至 FPS ID︰ 0703900
如用PayMe或轉數快捐款，請於備註輸入「金旗捐款」，連同閣下姓名、電話及地址截圖傳送至flagday@yang.org.hk給我們。
3. 劃線支票：支票抬頭請填寫「循道衛理楊震社會服務處」，連同閣下姓名及地址，寄回給本處。信封面請註明「金旗捐款」。
4. 直接存款：匯豐銀行: 004-848-070736-292，請將存款收據連同閣下姓名及地址，寄回或傳真給本處。信封面或傳真請註明「金旗捐款」。
郵寄地址：香港九龍窩打老道54號2樓
本處將在收到善款及閣下資料後，郵寄金旗給閣下。
備註：捐助港幣$100或以上之善款可獲免稅收據

If you use PayMe or FPS for donation, please remark “Gold Flag Donation”, send the screen capture with your name, contact number and address to flagday@yang.org.hk.
3. Crossed Cheque: Payable to “YANG MEMORIAL METHODIST SOCIAL SERVICE”, please post the cheque with your name, contact number and address, and specify “Gold Flag Donation” on letter cover.
4. By Bank Deposit: Direct payment to HSBC Account: 004-848-070736-292, please post the deposit receipt with your name, contact number and address, and specify “Gold Flag Donation” on letter cover.
Postal Address: 2/F, 54 Waterloo Road, Kowloon
We will post the Gold flag to you after receive donation and your information.
Remarks: A total donation of HK$100 or above is tax-deductible and an official receipt will be provided upon your request.
